Harmonious Habits

I like the words. Harmonious habits, like the earth spinning daily into the Sun. And our planet rotating around our solar system giving us different lengths of days and temperatures on a habitual expected basis. I first heard the phrase from my friend Matt. Going to church is a harmonious habit where I see Matt.

Also, my daily exercise and meditation. And my easy relationship guidelines;

“Never miss an opportunity to keep your mouth shut”, or simply listening as a harmonious habit.

I’ve been memorizing optimistic, up-beat, sayings and prayers each day. I now have a 20 minute routine that I recite to myself every morning.

And twice a week I walk one on one, with friends that I can complain to, download my concerns and vocally empty my mind.  An emotional cleansing, so to speak.

Harmonious habits, like writing this blog.  This one is short. I don’t want to miss an opportunity to keep my mouth shut….and when I meditate then the Universe takes my concerns away. So that’s what I’m gonna do right now. Meditate.

“Harmonious Habits” could be a singing group of Nuns.

Smiling and laughing are great habits to cultivate.
